La Fondrie CRM

Terms of Use

Last updated: October 18, 2026

These terms apply to the use of La Fondrie CRM, an online customer relationship management software operated by Thierry Destin et Steeve Razafindretsa (“we”), by a business (the “workspace”) and by the people it invites. By creating a workspace or signing in, you accept these terms.

1. The service

La Fondrie CRM lets a workspace manage its contacts, inquiries, projects, quotes, contracts, invoices, payments, tasks, messages and files, and give its clients a private page. Some features rely on outside services the workspace chooses to connect (Google, Stripe, email sending, AI assistants, etc.), which have their own terms.

2. Accounts

3. Workspace data

4. Acceptable use

You may not use La Fondrie CRM to send unsolicited email, break the law or the rights of others, try to reach another workspace’s data, disrupt the service or get around its security.

5. Document templates and AI assistants

6. Pricing

The prices and payment terms of La Fondrie CRM are those agreed with the workspace. Fees of outside services (Stripe, Google, email sending, AI, etc.) are separate, unless agreed otherwise.

7. Availability and changes

We make reasonable efforts to keep the service available and backed up, without guaranteeing that it is uninterrupted or error-free. We may improve or change the service; if a change removes an important feature, we will tell workspaces in advance.

8. Suspension and ending

The workspace may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend access in the case of a serious breach of these terms, non-payment or a security risk, telling the workspace when possible.

9. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amounts paid by the workspace for La Fondrie CRM during the three (3) months before the event giving rise to the claim, except in the case of intentional or gross fault. We are not liable for indirect damages, such as lost profits, nor for the outside services the workspace connects. Nothing in these terms limits the rights a consumer has under Quebec’s Consumer Protection Act.

10. Governing law and language

These terms are governed by the laws of Quebec and the laws of Canada that apply there. The French version prevails; this English version is offered for convenience.

11. Changes to these terms

We will post any change on this page with its date and notify workspaces by email at least 30 days before a significant change.
